If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or not as described on our website, please contact us through our “Contact Us” page within 14 days of receiving the item. To expedite the process, please provide us with your order number and a clear explanation of the issue.
Once we receive your request, we will review it and determine if you are eligible for a return. If we determine that you are eligible for a return, we will provide you with instructions on how to return the item to us. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to us.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition that you received it. We reserve the right to reject a return request if the item does not meet these criteria.
If you are eligible for a refund, we will process your refund within 4 working days of receiving the returned item. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to appear on your credit card or bank statement, depending on your bank’s policies.
We will issue the refund in the same form of payment you used to make the original purchase. If you paid by credit card, the refund will be credited back to your credit card. If you paid by PayPal, the refund will be credited back to your PayPal account.
We accept returns and refund requests within 14 days of the date you received the item. If you do not contact us within this timeframe, we may not be able to accept your return or refund request.
