At Arabic Calligraphy, our aim is to make sure that the customer is fully satisfied with what he or she has bought. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you can always count on us for assistance.
1. Returns
You have 10 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, the item should not have been used and should be returned in its original condition as sold. Your item has to be in its original packaging.Your item has to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
2. Damages and Issues
Sometimes, orders are damaged in the post, though this is a very rare occurrence. If you received your order in a damaged state, then it is advisable to inform us as soon as possible so that we can help you as soon as possible. Kindly enclose photographic evidence of the damage.
3. Refunds
Once we have received your item we will examine it and inform you that we have received your returned item. Upon receiving the item, we shall inform you of the progress of your refund after conducting an assessment on the item.
In case your return is accepted, we shall process a refund to your account. You will get the credit within a specified number of days depending on the card issuer’s standard.
4. Shipping
You will be required to bear the cost of shipping when returning your item on your own. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you return a product you received as a refund, then the cost of returning the item will be on you.
